- Gift Card will be valid for a period of up to 12 months from the date of issue.
- Gift Card is not redeemable for cash or credit.
- If the customer misplaces the gift card, big basket shall not be responsible to reimburse / refund.

- Gift Card cannot be re-validated once expired.
